There is no Armor Pen Bug!

It`s a bug that "Armor Reduction" Debuffs stack additive till 100% = 0 Boss Armor.
Bring 5 Bounty Hunter to your Raid and the Boss has 0 Armor.

Bioware stated that they want fix this for Patch 1.2 but nothing happened.

In my opinion Gore is useless when a Boss already has 0 Armor.
Why should i penetrate something when there is nothing i can penetrate .....

So with the implementation of 1.2 is accuracy any good for combat/carnage? Reading the guide from the following website indicates accuracy is or best secondary stat. I have always thought it was power. Does anyone have numbers to support either claim?

Accuracy until 110% is more important than Power. If you are already at that level, aim for Crit/Surge until the DR is too expensive and then stack Power.

I assume this is because they made Blade Rush weapon damage (I forget the term) and not force damage. Do you have any numbers for comparison? Thanks for the heads up.

Looking at the notes from PTS 1.3 for combat/carnage they made a big change to precision slash/gore.

" Precision Slash: This ability now costs 1 Focus and is no longer limited by the global cooldown. Its damage has been reduced, and the duration of its armor penetration debuff has been reduced by 1.5 seconds to ensure the effective duration is the same."

Two questions: How was gore/precision slash affected by GCD before? I thought it had its own cooldown. How does reducing the buff by 1.5s keep the effective duration the same?

To me this seems like a DPS loss.

Because pre 1.3 you can use it for 3 next GCDs after applying, i.e. for 4.5 sec, correct?
