Annihilation | Watchmen Discussion

I just came back to swtor after a break to recharge and few other circumstances.

However, the main question is, I was informed that now carnage outclasses annihilation. Nothing I have seen confirms that statement, do any of you have information that confirms/denies that.

Oh and, coming back to augment slots and those war hero relics is pretty awesome!
