I can tell you I used a lot of the Jugg blackhole stuff in my mods, and enhancements. I am pretty sure you can actually use the armoring as well it's the shell that makes it heavy armor not the actual armoring in it.

For the Accuracy I have mine currently at 99.8 and I haven't ever seen a miss even on Kephis HM. I was thinking of maybe dropping it to 98% for a couple more mods.

Hmm.. Are you sure? Which parser do you use? And what about dodges etc? =)
(Wow, Torparse is dead? I don't even know another parser with such detail, anyone?)

Yeah, thats why I had used two points in Narrowed Hatred w/ the 1.2 respec. Allowing me to use less accuracy mods, however ive been meaning to change for months now (Lol, ya.. Lazy much?) as just about anything else would be more beneficial.
