Look closer at your logs, I believe this might be your offhand missing on two saber attacks like annihilate, vicious slash, etc. For me i get a lot of off-hand misses, but my main hand attacks never miss. Ive only actually checked this on a dummy though, but I would assume they tuned the operations training dummy to be like an operations boss.


Edit: As a frame of reference, I have just over 10% accuracy (100% melee 110% special).

Im at 100,5% Melee-Accuracy myself right now.

Ive gone through my logs from denova, ev, kp hardmodes and nightmare. and the misses dont bug since they are all offhand related. BUT i constantly see 3-3.5% Dodges from bosses and when i inspected the logs closer it even included specials (ravage, battering assault and rupture).
