RE % for Rakata
Can anyone give a heads up what the % chance to RE Rakata shells is? Also I'm curious if you can RE the belt/bracer to give a custom schematic as well.

I don't think you can RE Rakata shells. I think you can only RE the new tier of Ops/WZ gear that was introduced in 1.2.
