I decided that I would fill up Dark Resilience rather than Dark Mending. I have done some rather basic tests and it seems to keep my force much higher. As of patch 1.2 it seems that most healers will use Dark Infusion at a very low percent (to top off the tank when his/her health is relatively high) I just seems to me more logical to have more available force over the course of a fight then to have Dark Infusion be at its lowest speed.
Please chime in I am very curious.

There are other abilities far more optional than Dark Mending. Empty Body or Haunting Presence are good examples. DI is still one of your highest HPCT and most efficient healing spells, it makes extremely good filler.

Even Angels must kill from time to time...
