i do not suggest using endurance enhancements. i would suggest using augments to balance your numbers to where they should be for your mitigation pool (sum of shield absorb and defense).

i've started using all robust 27b with steadfast 27 and then going absorb in the augments and a defence pvp relic with the healing relic.

This is what i have been working with so far

Since nobody can make the Steadfast 27 on my server i am using 26s. and the relic i want to changed is the crusader one.

RE: Sith Assassin/Jedi Shadow Tanking Compendium
somsone just learned the robust 27b and steadfast 27 last week on bastion, so ive been getting those crafted.

one thing to note, the mitigation numbers to minimize squihiness are before using a stim.

total defense shield absorb
1400 453 430 518
1500 471 479 550
1600 492 527 581
1700 514 575 611
1800 538 621 641
1900 563 667 670
2000 590 712 698

according to these numbers a build with 1528 should be around 471/479/550, but if i set shield to 516 and try to get best numbers between def and abs i get def=452, which is exactly what i have!

i'm still working out the kinks and twerks of my sin tanking stats. I'm trying to figure out the better mitigation, which will help a little bit of the spiky-ness. I'm currently working on this build with the robust/reinforced 27b and have the bulwark 27 enhancements. I've seen a lot using steadfast over bulwark for the hp.

http://swtor.askmrrobot.com/character/3f...e096271c4e

i've also got the DG shield proc and the click def DG relics.
My stats for that is
25.84% (308)
48.02% (651)
60.34% (578) gives me a 1537 budget and a .292 squishy-ness

2 pvp WH def relics - (what im currently using atm)
30.47% (534)
48.02% (651)
60.34% (578) gives me a 1763 budget and a .272 squishy-ness

I'm not sure if i need to loose 5% def and gain more shield/absorb since my guild is currently on terror hm. Or is the shield and click def proc's better. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, I know that 2.0 is just around the corner but I would love some feedback about my current gear: http://swtor.askmrrobot.com/character/00...35ca600eb2

Running 8man Denova Nightmares and 16man Terror from Beyond, my normal tanking partner is a Powertech and for 16man be use third tank (Jugg) when needed, I am however the maintank.

RE: Sith Assassin/Jedi Shadow Tanking Compendium
youre good... maybe one or two def mods could be absorb, but i like going a little more defense and you are using an absorb relic... so you could put more into def if you wanted.

i want to suggest getting a pvp relic while you still can though... it still works out that 100 balanced mitigation points is slightly better than the time averaged 136 points of absorb you get. the on use shield/absorb on is also very useful for bursty fights.
