You can obtain near minimal squishiness by other means than the so called "optimal" set with all your equivalencies being equal. Right now, my optimal with budget of 990 (Full Rakata, 5 augmented pieces) is 0.324521522 where my actual is 0.326215628.

My "ideal" values from solver are, for Defense, Shield, and Absorption, respectively: 362.950287, 238.025645, and 389.024068.

My actual values in the same order are: 288, 354, and 348.

That was with replacing most of my Rakata enhancements with their Columi counterparts, and very little other min maxing. Despite the minimal work, I'm still only 0.17% off ideal squishiness.
