if you are looking at a guide for hybrid or madness maybe...

and i see the guide you are talking about (in the dps OP)... and from my limited experience i have never had luck getting CD into the rotation... as a opener, sure... but in rotation that basically takes up time you can be either casting TB, or LS for the proc.

your best bet is to play around with your rotation and use the parser to judge your performance.

you would prolly benifit from moving one mod from power to crit and one from alacrity to surge

also... did u really get that earpeice? cuz that is the hardest to find so far.
