The Matrix cube in 1.3 will be 66 willpower and 27 crit.
The PvP Battlemaster relic will be 103 power or 61 crit/surge. The crit/surge may be be as good due to caps, but 103 power is better than the Matrix cube. Note the Champ relic that you get free at level 50 (in 1.3) is 97 power, which also is better than the Matrix cube.

For times when you don't need the clickie gain of power, it appears a PvP relic and the internal damage proc relic are the ones to get in 1.3.
