RE: Operative Healing Analysis Spreadsheet
New version up for patch 1.2:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?...Uk5YU1ZUGc

1.2 Changes

Medical Consult now also increases the duration of Tactical Advantage by 2 seconds per point.
This makes life a little bit easier and I expect we'll now see that we never have to worry about TA falling off, but it was never much of an issue except when you had to DPS also. A big quality of life improvement will be between fights though - with 16 sec duration on the TA stack, and an average time between TA procs of 11 secs if you have Kolto Probe on two targets, all you need to do is keep those KPs up.

Medical Therapy now additionally reduces the Energy cost of Recuperative Nanotech by 2 per point.
Recuperative Nanotech has been rebalanced. It now has a 15-second cooldown, heals over 6 seconds, and heals for approximately 10% more than before.
Straight buffs to our AoE heal, not much to say. Testing shows that the buff is in reality only 3.4% though!

Patient Studies now additionally increases the speed at which Diagnostic Scan channels by 15% per point.
More healing and faster energy regen when using DS. This will make it a bit easier to get out of energy starvation.

Surgical Precision now additionally increases the maximum stack limit of Tactical Advantage by 1.

This one is really nice. We can now stack 3 TAs before fights and before an encounter forces us to run for a while. It also means that we can avoid losing TA procs from Kolto Probe - previously, if TA procced while casting Kolto Injection, either you'd lose the TA from the cast, or you had to cancel the cast to save the energy. If you stick to getting down to 1 TA before casting KI, that'll never happen again.

Lethality now increases critical chance by 1% per point.
This used to be 2% per point and a stable part of healing builds. This is a plain 3% crit nerf for us.

Inclement Conditioning is now a 2-point skill.
Some might have gone for this skill - they can now only get 4% Endurance buff instead of 6%.

Conclusion
Some nice quality of life improvements. With 3 stacks of TA and faster DS, it is easier to save up TAs and you can get quicker out energy holes.
According to my spreadsheet, for sustained healing the combined effect is a 2% buff to our HPS.
AoE healing got a big buff. Assuming you keep Recuperative Nanotech on cooldown 75% of the time and average heal 3 targets, it is an 8% buff to HPS.

RE: Operative Healing Analysis Spreadsheet
My first post so please be gentle.

I have a question concerning Crit Chance. When I puted in my stats into your spreadsheet the result I have got was 1% lower than the one I have in game.
When I mouse over my Crit. Chance in game I noticed in stats breakdown that I have +9% from Buffs/skills (+5% from Coordination and +3% from Lethality) I looked over all my buffs/skills (turned them on and off) but but I still get +9% while accordnig to spreadsheet and my ownn calculations and search I should get only 8%. Is it just me that have something like that? is it just display erroe and in fact I realy have just 8% bust to Crit. Chance or maybe there is some skill ability I missed?

I have the same stat, I think it might have something to do with the legacy bonus via our companion? I just increased the Co-od stat by 1% and it all balances out.

RE: Operative Healing Analysis Spreadsheet
i used the spreadsheet since SinC doesnt have a healing rotation for analysis, and I found that setting to all crit and no power maximizes all the values, which does not seem right. this is for 340 surge and 260 alacrity.

If anybody is interested, I have updated everything for 2.0. I started with Smokeskin's spreadsheet layout back during 1.6 and I have slowly made my own cells and modifications. Most of the formulas have changed but I liked the layout so much that I started using it for all of my spreadsheets.

Also, I play a scoundrel so I changed the terms to scoundrel terms.
