Hey everyone, I compiled a list of all the companion customizations available in-game and personally went and verified all of them (the tables didn't come out so well when copy/pasted, oh well)

Where to buy them

EMPIRE

Locations:

Ilum: Security key vendor in Ilum Orbital Station – Lieutenant Oarr (-980, 1)
Belsavis: Vendor in Imperial Lodgment (the place where you land) – R-N05 (1629, 1378)
Balmora – Cantina – Wel-Nolan (-185, 1297)
Taris – Right where you land – Keth (8, 676)
CE – Collectors Edition Vendor – at top of the cantina in the Fleet (need to take elevator)
Fleet – Security Key Vendor – in the big circle around the cantina.
N/A – not available in game – possibility on the Ilum customization vendor (not the one on the orbital station) who has an empty inventory atm.

I also have all the sith inquisitor companion images and 3/5 of the Trooper ones. The rest of the images will come through shortly - I am hoping to get the reddit swtor community involved and the official swtor forums but I will link the images I have now and link the others as they become available

Excellent guide! So far I've only liked the customization for Qyzen Fess on my Consular, but it's awesome to be able to preview them before buying them! I can't imagine taking all those screenshots was cheap for you.

I was able to preview the customizations without buying them, it seems these pictures are using the in-game preview window.

Yup everything is done using the preview window, which is sufficient for most companions except for Kaliyo.

Now we have 4/8 in terms of companions.

Yes she does. Only that she seems less intensly angry about the things in her past unlike Jack.

I run in 1080p and trying to pick out a customization for Andronikos was still a pain using the preview window; the images are just too small to pick out most of the facial details.
