In the stat section you analyzed the HPH and HPS at 250 and 500 stat points, personally, i think you should look at the difference and not at your current hps at any point.
for example increasing alac from 250 to 500 gave ~44 hps and the same increase to crit gave you ~21 hps, so you go more then double hps gain from alac.
Obviously this is gonna influence the HPH as well.

point is alac gives huge hps boosts, and i think its worth mentioning that as long as you are able to keep your heat in check through out the fight it will give you the bogger boost, especially when the healing is more bursty, not to mention its more reliable as it does not rely on rng.
