Great write-up. I wanted to supply some of my knowledge on some of the sections that you have written.

For best in slot list
Ear: Columi Combat Medic's Relay (with Aug slot) which is superior to the Rakata Earpieces which can not have augment slots since they are obtained through dailies.

Wrist: http://www.torhead.com/items/catg/2/subc...and/slot/5 These are all world drops has a Armoring and Mod slot and with level 25 modifications it is better than any other wrist currently in the game - there is no augment slot in these.
Belt: http://www.torhead.com/item/8FW8jGC/civilian-pilot-belt This has a Armoring and Mod slot and with level 25 modifications it is better than any other belt currently in the game - there is no augment slot in these.

Exotech Stims adrenals and medpacs are currently bugged in the schematic stage and are unable to be crafted.

Professions
Armormech - the rakata bracer and belt become best in slot if you get an augment slot.
Biochem - you can craft Columi earpieces when they crit an augment slot they become best in slot.
Cybertech - you can not craft Rakata Earpieces, those are only obtained through doing dailies. You can craft Columi Earpieces when these crit an augment slot they become best in slot.

Might want to note that Healing scan can only be spammed while supercharged gas is active. When i first read this I figured that you were referring to rapid scan spam since i saw no mention of supercharge gas.
