Specifically for PvE, does the Ravage/Master Strike buff change the top DPS Marauder/Sentinel spec from Annihilation/Watchmen to Carnage/Combat? Has anyone gone through the simming process yet?

I am the only one I know of with a Sentinel simulator, and I haven't adapted it to 1.2 yet. Ataru Form was just fixed (maybe) on the PTS today.

The simulation says Combat and Watchman are within about 2% (with appropriate gear and priorities) before 1.2. I rather doubt a buff to an ability that's used twice a minute is going to make a very significant difference.

This is probably more of a general question, but:

Are the FlurryBlowsMin and FlurryBlowsMax attribute to various abilities purely cosmetic? It seems like there are a number of abilities that would be affected by splitting an attack up into many hits (Ataru Strike, Gravity Wave Device, Centering, etc). I think the answer to this is yes, hammer shot has FlurryBlowsMin 7, but still will sometimes fail to proc Gravity Wave Device, but I was hoping to get confirmation.

Hmm...on inspection, what the flurry count may be doing is splitting the damage over a number of "ticks" without granting the ability the chance to proc effects on each "tick". It also allows the FCT to combine the damage values from each "tick" into a continually updating single number display for each use.

Looks like it has been:

1.1.5 Live
Force
StandardHP: 0.034 (54.74 @50)
Coeff: 0.343

1.2 PTS
Melee
StandardHP: 0.038 (61.18 @50)
Coeff: 0.38
AmountModifier: -0.695

With 700 Force Damage Bonus and 400 Melee Damage Bonus, along with a Rakata-level saber (382.5 average damage), 1.1.5 version equates to 294.84 damage, while 1.2 equates to 329.84, ~11.9% more damage.

At 0 Accuracy (impossible, since you get 3% from Ataru Form), this is almost exactly a wash (0.7% increase to average damage of the proc). However, with the 6% from Ataru Form and Narrowed Hatred, this becomes a minimum of a 7.4% buff to the average damage of the proc, and up to the full ~12% (depending on gear) with an additional 116 Accuracy Rating.

Ataru Form strikes do not spend Rage/Focus, so it would not build Fury/Centering. Unless you get a Killing Blow with it, then it does.

Now that we have combatlogs, we can discusse more deeply about rotations and skill priority.

For example, i don't realy know if its better to use firt Force scream or Sundering assault (both cooldown ready, 3 stacks of revenge). In this case i use sundering assault to build up more rage.

Here is a combatlog from yesterdays raid (Foreman crusher HM), im slightly more Rakata then Columi equipped):

And yeah, im at 99% hit (with talents), thought vicious slash cannot be missed (yellow attack).

Incredibly simple question that I'm failing to find anywhere, and incredibly annoyed that I cant simply ask it for 24 hours...

What does my accuracy stat effect?

My (force) accuracy is at 115%, and I'm told this is for all of my extra attacks such as Ravage, Massacre, ect which would mean it only needs 110%.

My Melee accuracy is 105% which according to the actual tooltip dictates if my melee attacks will hit.

Please help me to better understand this.
