Dual specs?

Has the idea of having dual specs or at least saving 2 sets of keybindings and or saving talent tree allocations been discussed as a potential feature in upcoming patches? I thought this was one of the best ideas blizz ever came up with.

It comes up in nearly every Q&A, and every time Bioware says they're working on it. Just wasn't something they've managed to squeeze in for launch.

I've heard rumors it could be as soon as 1.2 in March, though I think 1.3 is probably more realistic. Cannot wait myself though - for some reason, TOR seems to be generating a glut of tanks on our server.

^^ That is more likely. It would be very nice, even though right now I can tank in my dps/tank spec. It's not the best for ops bosses however and our healers have to be decently geared but i have my guardian tank/dps armor sets that I can throw on for either situation.

Aye, seems to be a big lack of tanks. On hydian Way EU we got healers and dps popping out of our ears but tanks are really lacking. I am not sure if it's the lack of a proper LFG tool/channel tho.

My server and guild on Veela has the same issue, there aren't many tanks out there. Dual spec will be great, even if it has a large one time cost.

Part of the issue is tanks do low dps, except for Powertechs.
