Base Defense and Eff. Health questions
Hi!

I have been trying to research some data for expanding my tool "Project Shield" to also support Jedi Knight Tanks and Trooper Tanks. Some things I have been wondering about (or not found out ^^):

- What is the base defence chance? I know it's 10% for Assassins/Shadows, and
I *think* to remember it was 5% for the other tanks, but I am not sure about this.
Can someone tell me? ^^
- How does the Effective Health calculation work for the other two tank types?
- How do I evaluate Blade Barricade for Jedi Knights? I think to remember someone
said once a 50% uptime would be realistic (myselves I have no clue about jedi knights). The question is if I would include it in the calculation at all, and if yes, how

5% for everone but SI/JC (thanks frmorrison) who have 10%.
EH is calculated the same for everyone: Health/(1-damage reduction that has 100% uptime) = Effective Health

Sorcs/Sages have 10% base defense too (all SI/JC get it), everything else has 5%. Also the SI companion (Xalek) has 10% def.

Thanks. Then I have now everything together I need to add support for the other two tank classes to my tool (and actually that formula for Effective Health makes sense - more than what I have there currently in for Eff. Health ^^).
