Thanks for going over that Genu. Just to clarify, when you say accuracy is a 3% dmg boost, it is only a 3% dmg boost till the 109-110% accuracy range right ? Anything above the cap is not very useful is it ? Also with the DR on crit rating, how would you compare the 15% to VS to +1 rage from Force Charge you get from the Carnage tree.

So new patch today and I already noticed quite a few displeased threads about the spec changes on the official forums. Is this confirmed on live to be a nerf to the spec even though patch notes claim it to be a buff ?
