If you're running a movement scenario, sequence actions (like the one we added to the Lightning priority list this release to alternate casting LS and FL at the lowest priority) will "lock up" and stop working, resulting in very high percentage wait times but with Force remaining quite high. It's fixed in the repository now, I'll push a new release tomorrow.
