Without double-dipping on Barrage, adding a FL action conditional on the proc had no appreciable affect on DPS. So I left it out.
I have updated action lists that include Recklessness and some smarter force management, so they adjust to differing fight lengths and/or movement better than hard-coded "force>XXX". I'll rework them for double-dipping and get them committed this week so we have something more generally useful for investigation. It would be nice to code the double-dip effect as a separate buff, so we could easily run simulations that predict DPS if the bug gets fixed. |
