One of first things I added to simcraft code back in time when I was contributing was 'Normalized Random generator' - to try and reduce just that problem. As for Madness DPS being above others, that is another difference between sim and Excel, since excel show Hybrid (0/13/28) as best DPS build, not Madness. But I didnt check sim Hybrid numbers since there was no such build on sample results page. |
