To get Force Horrors 1/2, Death Mark, and Lingering Nightmares, you need 24 points in Madness. You have to fill 4 points in non-DPS talents to get to the 20pt tier. You've also spent 17 points in Lightning, but only list 16 (Lightning Spire or going 3/3 in Electric Induction are required before you can take Lightning Effusion).

Good catch - I left 3 points in Seeping Darkness from previous test. I fixed that, and now 'Custom' build (ie Balanced without LightEffusion) is once again slightly ahead in DPS (while still force limited, which I dont like) , so will swap it back as default.

Also I must point that I did not spend too much time in really finding best build - used most time to make calculator itself ;p

So it is quite possible that either of builds can be tweaked to produce better DPS. When someone like you or Casey before post such cases, I'll change default builds.

BTW, I added in new version (1.32) control if build use allowed number of points, among number of other improvements (like Gear Sets and others described on Change Log tab)
