Clicking to expand the "Resources" tab in a report will show a "Resource Usage" table: "RPE" is Resource Per Execution, which is average force cost for Sage|Sorc.

Edit: Simc is assuming that Forked Lightning procs can also trigger Lightning Storm, raising the effective chance to proc per LS cast to 36.3% (I think). Since we start the fight off cooldown, we expect to have 1 + (300 - proctime ) / ( cd + proctime ) storms, where proctime = 1/0.363 * 300 / 107.3 = 7.70 seconds. That makes 1 + (300 - 7.7) / (9 + 7.7) = 18.5 storms which is a bit closer to that 19.2 number.

I admit I'm inclined to believe that Forked Lightning probably does not proc Lightning Storm: given that FL is prerequisite to taking LS at all, it seems silly to tell the player that casting LS has a 30% chance to proc something if effectively it would always have a 36.3% chance.

I just noticed 99% uptime for LightningEffussion and was about to post how it looks strange with under 50% crits, but I guess your #1 answer covers it ;p

As for second one, with 36% my formula also result in 18.5, but it looks strange to me too that Forked Lightning would cause Storm. Also, SimC now has 19.2, which is bit over those 18.5 - it would be easier to understand bit under (as in not every storm was consumed in time etc).

Anyway, if it will remain 36% in SimC, I can as well change to 36% , just to be comparable - and can remove later on if it shows that Forked does not cause Storms.
