It changed so much because it is at boundary of usability to use CL, or even FL over LS. So when 'auto' selecting, it did not select CL. Way around that is to enter '0.99' instead of '1' in Rotation tab for FL.

I changed to be less sensitive to oscillation (so CL and FL are used) and Lightning is at 1505 DPS, or ~2% lower than before 1.2.

I use 'Stats/Unbuffed' column (since in spreadsheet I need stats as shown in game, but without any buff). Also, when I enter 1770 will, to get 'buffed' 1995 (I8), I assumed whoever checked unbuffed willpower for SimC had WillOfSith talent - otherwise it would not match 1770 unbuffed to 1995 buffed.

Same for Alacrity, 361 from 'gear amount' is same as unbuffed, and match 10.78% from spreadsheet I40 at 'char' tab.
