DPS Excel calculator for Sorcerer / Sage

New version (1.49) posted.

Main changes:
- ability to support both current (1.15) and future (1.2) game/patch versions
- new 1.2 changes from patch notes are included
- few changes to use same gear/stims, and same boss DR, as simC
- separated stim and adrenal buff choices, to allow different items

I assumed that "double dip" will remain in 1.2 (based on some posts that it is present in PTR). With this, when I change patch from "1.15" to "1.2", DPS generally drop for all builds, least for Madness (~1.2%) and more for Lightning and Hybrid (~4%).

But they all remain with similar DPS order (Hybrid/Madness/Lightning), and within 5% to each other (1547/1485/1476).

BTW, new excel is with "1.2" patch selected - if you want to use it for current version, change to "1.15 and before" on 'Help' tab.
