Posted new version (1.48), main change is surge nerf from patch, and also changed BiS gearset to be comparable to one used in SimC.

For me, it works very well. Enable macros (if they are not already), you may need Excel 2007 or later. I like the new gear set can be used interchangeably between the interesting and the BIS gear DPS each other in 8%. I do not understand what is the base DPS and DPS field.

Can I just ask to confirm, the BIS is then "Stalker's implants, the Columni belt, 140-rating Rakata-level saber, and the rest full Rakata"?

Should also be the Stalker off-hand. -5 Crit, +18 Willpower compared to Force Masters.

Is there any reverse-engineered items similar to Expert Immortality Relay [Mastercraft], Expert Focus of Devastating Power
[Mastercraft], or Expert Nano-Optic Awareness Motivator [Mastercraft] for synthweaving?

I would also like to throw out there that the orange-quality wrists and belt can be modded to be better than the Rakatas. Mine right now are:

Wrist - 71 Endurance, 109 Willpower, and 11 power
Belt - 63 Endurance, 96 Willpower, and 37 power

I ended up wearing the Rakata Force-Master's off-hand. Granted, you squeeze out 18 more willpower out of Stalker, but we ended up imposing a health limit to be able to do Nightmare Soa with the absolute minimum being 18k health buffed, but shooting for 18.5k. This was to effectively survive the lightning ball damage.

What build provides most dps assuming players using best in slot items?

I am currently using Lightning build (3/31/7) thinking what i could do to maximize my dps for nightmares
