It's known that any and all dots on a target can eat Deathmark|Force Suppression stacks, but I haven't heard anyone claim before that each dot tick consumes a stack from ALL Deathmark|Force suppression stacks on a target. Have you specifically tested two Deathmarks with only one dot ticking?

Only SI debuffs (so other Sorcs and Sins) can eat charges, not just any debuff. It would surprise me if a DoT used up both stacks of Death Field, but if so there are lots of other bugs.
