Praying for a customizable UI
Don't know about you guys, I don't mind the UI to terribly, but being able to have a third action bar on the bottom as well as scale the UI size would be the best thing EVER.
I use a logitech G13 gameboard (kinda like nostromo) and I had it mapped for 3 bottom bars for every MMO I've played since the G13 came out and now I'm having a really hard time with just the 2. I think they said that they are working on adding some customization options for the UI. The sooner the better. EDIT: Being able to change the color of the UI for like light and dark side would be cool as well =) |

Yup, am desparate for a 3rd bar at the bottom. They dont need to be as large either imo. Lastly, I miss skills doing a little flash once their cd is over.

RE: Praying for a customizable UI
Agreed, I would like to make the action bars smaller. I also miss being able to hide certain keybinds (like mounts, hour long buffs, quick travel, etc).
I used to have all those non-combat keybinds hidden out of view. |

Resizing would be a bonus, also being able to move the UI around as well would be good.
Simple things, like changing the style of the player/target bars would be good, I like a minimalist style of UI, so I can view more of the area. |

RE: Praying for a customizable UI
resizing would be nice. I'm going blind trying to track the debuffs on my target. Although i guess i don't REALLY need to know exactly how many sunders are on, or when the dust storm debuff is going to wear off, but still...

Even though a addon dev kit has not been confirmed are bio ware going to let the game rot with out them. .... Because lets face it the biggest fail in the game ATM is the ui and so easily fixed.
I really like Starwars but I need some addons for buffs , healing and also debuff travking |

RE: Praying for a customizable UI
I'm getting the feeling that the game was a bit rushed out the door by EA. Most of the stuff that's still buggy or feature-poor, such as the UI, is very easily fixed in a client patch with little to know whiplash to the customer. Frankly, if Bioware had to skimp on something, I'd rather they skimped on the UI then on, say, end-game content. I have a feeling we're going to see massive content push over the next 6 months, with UI upgrades, companion AI, macros, addon API, the works.
Even Angels must kill from time to time...
