We can't really know for sure especially when we can't even run numbers but I just thought I'd show another option for a build.

Re: Calculating Mind - the main problems are twofold 1) you can't use Death Field immediately after its cooldown is up, basically making you lose a second or two of DPS time every minute. 2) I am reasonably sure other inquisitors can consume my Death mark charges. Since most raiding DPS sorc use a similar Mad/lightning hybrid there is a significant chance of them consuming some of your charges ( and vice versa of course) but it makes the regen from calculating mind a lot less reliable.

And RE: Creeping Terror tbh if I was going to go past 23 madness pretty sure 28 mad 13 deception is better. since Maul hits harder than Creeping terror, with a higher crit chance/same multiplier and you get additional regen talents along the way, while keeping Calculating mind and Creeping Death.

Anyway I'm not even trying to argue against 13/28 being higher target dummy/perfect world DPS, but rather 18/23 ( with 4 pc) is competitive real world DPS in all situations while being easy to play and perform with. For example it is by far the fastest dps spec for the 4th boss in EV that I've tried.

I will also point out that 5 second Long Force Shroud and 20 second sprint are useful on some of the harder encounters. I use AE taunt+ Shroud on SoA, Shroud helps on Bonethrasher to resist his frontal cleave. And while 2 second shroud could technically work in those situations at all the extra time and shorter cooldown is very nice.
