Just tested it and it's the new rates. I tested from 11-100 (the lowest I could get while self healing spam) I worked out that for the 5 tier regen we should take 29.7 seconds and for the 3 tier should be 26.8 seconds. I timed it and it was 26.4 so I'm happy to say that it's definitely the 3 tier system currently.
If someone could check and veryfy my maths though that would be appreciated. I also did not use Stim Boost. |
