I'm curious why you call it the 3-6-4 priority system, which I don't think is readily apparent from reading your guide. I have some number of unanswerable questions in mind about what to use when -- all of which reduce to a need for more hard data -- but if there's something behind 3-6-4 that I'm currently missing I'd like to hear it. Even when I think I've thought of everything, there is still more to think about.
