Hm ok, give you examples to do that intercede and force charge in Nightmare and it works I know it
I wont say to do that every time.. yes if the boss have a cleave dont intercede to the raid!

1. boss in EV: he kicks you back so charge him or intercede to the sec tank -> small free cooldown for or your target and you.

2. boss in EV: if the raid must change the platform you can intercede and charge every time.

3. boss EV: is self-explanatory if you have incoming adds and to save your raidmember!

4. boss EV: only if the fight starts... but the fight is so easy in nightmare you have no need to do.

Soa: When the fight starts. Sometimes in the 3.Phase if you loose threat but then i think is a wipe. when the phase change you can intercede a low friendly target.

1. boss K.P.: easy to intercede and charge to an targeted friend and spawning adds or boss.

2. boss K.P.:you can charge and intercede sometimes but not often on this encounter. It Depend on the boss you're tanking.

3. boss K.P.: if he enrage you can intercede a heal and charge back so you have a nice cooldown to stay alive. If adds spawn you can charge one of them and Threatening Scream.

4. boss K.P.: you can intercede the second (off)tank and if you must taunt back dont stay close then you can charge!

Karraga: ok.. dont intercede please cleave is hard! only charge at the beginning!

You see i do that if i can, cause is a noragecost cooldown!
