As said above, it will probably not make sense to try to avoid cunning, as it is everywhere anyway, so the most important part of the stat weighting is that we will want to get crit to 350, and after that choose power over surge over crit while trying to avoid alacrity as much as possible.

So following what you say in the paragraph--shouldn't Power and crit switch places because this looks like a typo?

I do not understand how you come to that conclusion, either cause i miss a point in the statement you found or you do - would you please formulate your post more clearly and describe every thought on its own without jumping straight to assumed conlusions?
Please also note that the latest changes to surge are not included, although they do not seem so terrible severe that they will be breaking the list completly.
