I have a question about gear and the stats on them.

I had the Columi medical gloves when i first got the token for it and in another raid, where i was the only Agent, i got another token so i bought the enforcers gloves as a dps gloves for soloing. After comparing the two and swapping them in noticed my bonus healing was actually higher with the enforcers glove due to the better +power instead of the alacrity. So i just swapped the mods for more bonus healing, and still keep my set bonus.
Now yesterday we did EV hard for the first time and i got the Rakata gloves form the 1st boss. Same story here. I actually got less bonus healing because it has a lot of alacrity and far less +power. So i again switched mod and now have Rakata gloves with one 58 and one 56 mod. This seems best for my bonus healing and i still have +8% casting speed.

Are the stats on the medic gear just so wrong or am i misunderstanding the gear? In my opinion our goal as medic is to get as much bonus healing as we can. If that is the case, i'll be just "making" my own gear by swapping mods for max bonus healing and less alacrity.
