I plan it use it to hunt tanks by spamming Ion Pulse/Flame Burst(which 100% procs Plasma Cell AND Sweltering heat) to reset Railshot(which due to the PT/Vanguard, ignores 90% armor)

Think the 60% armor reduction on railshot is worth losing 9% aim over? If I mess around with Pyrotech I'll probably be going with 8/2/31, with the two in adv prototype probably in 6% fire crit. I can't imagine that railshot will be such a large part of your DPS that you'd want to sacrifice buffing the majority of your skills for it (it is the fire tree after all).

Until we can see how the numbers actually break down it's really all just conjecture though isn't it?
