RE: Crew Skills Compendium
Was there ever an answer to the question raised about if Stims and Relics share the same CD?.

I was personally torn between Artificer and Biochem up to this point but with the sudden influx of people saying that they are going Bio its making me want to lean the other way.

1) Profit

It seems that Treasure Hunting is quite as profitable as Slicing at the moment. Lockboxes are the same and you often get useful blue items. Very useful for leveling imo.

2) Complete summary of mods

Enhancements, Hilts, Crystals: Artifice
Armoring, Mods: Cybertech
Barrels: Armstech
Augments: Slicing

Artifice is the big winner in mod creation.

RE: Crew Skills Compendium
I got into the game yesterday and got a couple companion gifts. Had my companion refuse one of the gifts - does anyone have a listing of what kinds of gifts the different companions like?

Best summary of like/dislike I've seen.

Ok, I have a big question for yall

Has anyone seen any cybertechs with a RE'd schematic for ear peices?

Im at 25 RE'd earpeices and still not a single blue recipie for them.

I have blue recipies from RE all over, but cannot get a single RE proc on an ear peice.

I found a recipe for a blue earpiece on the GTN, it's possible that that they only come from recipes.

RE: Crew Skills Compendium
I thought I'd pop back to recant my previous experience. Slicing missions are making me good profits this time around. I either had a bad experience with the RNG last time or a good experience this time - failed missions are now infrequent, and I almost always make more than I spent, even on the lower yielding missions.

RE: Crew Skills Compendium
I've made over 100k today, partially from missions, but in large part from slicing. The trick is to always aim for the higher yield missions. The missions change for every level anytime any slicing mission is completed, so if all you have is moderate yields at current level, do a lower level rich or bountiful yield one instead.

RE: Crew Skills Compendium
Has someone checked the following?

> in another famous MMO (I won't say ne name Wink) they make sure that the "high level best crafts" were balanced between the different crafting skills... E.g. giving same +XXX bonus (one way or the other) when you maxxed your skill whichever crafting skill you chose...

Did they do the same in SW:TOR? Or did BioWare made any annoucement on the matter?

From what I seems to read (fast-reading of this thread), there might be some "better choices" (like Artifice total +1500 strength while with Biochem you only get +1300 strength)... I totally invented the values to illustrate my question Smile
