That question depends on whom you are fighting in PvP. If you are fighting a tank you need more Acc. If you are fighting a Healer you'll benefit more from other stats. Generally I focus on minimizing my PvP accuracy to around 95% ranged for PvP to focus on more damage and burning down healers.
