Well ... yes ... that's why it's a choice between Accuracy and Surge (enhancements have either 57 accuracy OR 57 surge) and power vs crit (mods have either 41 power OR 41 crit). It's a conundrum because i'm not sure which is the best balance of SWAPPED OUT mods
