seems like they want plannable burst for pvp, 6 sec inner cd with new higher proc chance and low dps for pve. thus 1.2 will bring me back to prototype with the higher proc chances für free power punch...

but even more im happy about combatlog in 1.2. will bring us and theorycrafting to the next level!
