I know it is a PvE-Thread, but my first PvP try with tactics was not too bad. IN my opinion it is an awesome build which deals a lot of damage. The effect of pulse generator also radically increases the damage of sticky grenade, mortal volley and explosive surge by 50% (!). My mortal volley was hitting for 3k each tick without any relic or adrenal.

I guess I will stick to this build since it does "subjective" the same damage and is way more fun because you dont run out of ammo that quickly
