Bosses in this Tier have 0% force resist (not sure about Tech), and they certainly have defense (affecting melee and ranged attacks, but not Tech). It seems the developers are not going to share the exact value, but at least they confirmed that defense is less than 10%. Anyway, if you get 8% accuracy for you ranged atttacks, it also would remove more than 5% tech resist .
