Someone earlier used a spreadsheet (it isn't perfect, but better than guessing) to show the difference between 28 Pyro and 31 Pyro and it was ~30 dps higher with 31 Pyro. That small of a difference (less than 2% dps) is hard to notice on one encounter. However, with Enrages that 2% dps could make a difference.
