I think most people in raid gear now have ~1600 aim which makes it ~48 aim. Now the question is does a 50 aim increase durring the whole fight increase dps enough to buffer out the 1% crit & 10% increase and from sub 30% dot ticks. I would guess no but it will for sure be very close.
