RE: The "Rate my Spec"-Thread!
Okey,
first, thanks for your post. Second, i blame myself for not doing first things first: http://www.torhead.com/calculator/skill#...RzcZ0cZh.1 That should be the foundation of every PvE-Healer Spec. (I'm pretty open to any suggestions and corrections). You will want to put 2 filler points in healing and spec the Ult. It is also possible very recommendable to spec two points in Deadly Directive for 4% haste. That leaves 2 points able to put in our side-trees, but other choices like yours for more diversity on PvP seems to be a reasonable tradeoff for 4% haste. 3. Your question: I: Cool head: 100 point energy base for us, Adrenaline Probe restoring unskilled 50, so 50%. Skilling it will improve it to 66 (%), which will turn the amount from 1/2 our whole energy to 2/3, and kicking our reg in the better region between 60 and 80 instead of the reg-region between 40 and 60. So, definitly worth it. II: I didn't tried it out for myself, but i would guess that its 15% always, as there are as far as i know some other talents that will have the same effect (SW, if i remind correctly). III: Your build is not that different and has nearly all the "must-haves" of an PvE build - the only thing that is really different is that you don't skill the debuff and instead take sedatives. My personal guess would be that you will miss that thing even in PvP, but we won't be able to know this till the point where high-lvl-pvp comes into play. If you want to know something more specific, just ask. So long, Kala |
