Note that 2 points in Scouting (stealth detection, Defense) can be placed in Inclement Conditioning (Endurance) or Surgical Strikes (passive damage) as desired.

I liked your concept and spec. I feel it hits on many of the issues that I have with 31 point Medicine/Sawbones specs in a PvP situation. From my experience Warzone PvP is far too fluid to utilize our talented AoE heal in an energy efficient manor, and with the emphasis most groups place on focus firing, it's HPS is far too low compared to our other options for energy usage. Basically it just doesn't keep people alive as well. It's also good to know I'm not the only crazy one using some hybrid spec rather than just blindly going for the 31 point skill.

Personally, and based on my playstyle, I would question whether it's worth it taking Concealment/Scrapper all the way to 18 points, rather than take 7 points in Dirty Fighting/Lethality for the improved critical to tech abilities, improved damage to Blaster Whip (which I use very frequently) and most importantly, the reduced cooldown on Dirty Kick. I find that many times compared to Tendon Blast I get much more time to survive an attack and hide from the 4 second stun and a 30% movement increase than I would from a 2 second root. Not only do you get double the time, but roots are generally far less effective against ranged dps. In addition to it's use as a defensive ability, Dirty Kick provides an excellent offensive stun, and can turn the tide of a 1v1 encounter far faster than the root on Tendon Blast will.

The second question I have is regarding your usage of Sucker Punch/Laceration. I feel that I am constantly using my procs of Upper Hand/Tactical Advantage for heals or to keep Pugnacity/Stim Boost up. If I need an extra DPS ability I find that Quick Shot often serves well enough, although I will admit that the damage certainly does not compare.

Of course the next debate would be whether it is worth simply continuing in to Dirty Fighting/Lethality for the DoT grenade once you've already invested the 7 points. I made the conclusion that while it would be a good option, particularly on maps like Voidstar, it would compete with our other grenade for my energy and a place in the rotation, and I would prefer to take the built in 2% self-HoT, and the other boosts to our abilities crit, movement speed, and endurance. Still, since I will have plenty of chances to try out variations over the course of the PvP grind, I will probably make some changes.

So, in general I like the idea and the spec. I feel like the biggest difference is our style and preferred kiting methods. Keep up the good work.
