5/5/31 is a small amount (5%) higher dps than 31/5/5 and 23/16/2 specs but suffers hugely from target switches and is brutally unforgiving if you mess up even 1 gcd due to the high energy costs of nearly everything in the spec. I reccomend 31/5/5 for pve (soa, as its currently the only boss that is challenging) because it can target swap with almost no penalty compared to both lethality and the mm/eng hybrid(interrogation probe and explosive probe are key spells on longish cooldowns)
