You just brought up a very good point LagunaD, this changed my mind about Power on Concealments.

One point i wondered about is that there
1. will be very likely some kind of surge on your equip, unless you got BiS with Power>Crit focus,
2. the value of crit may vary, combined with surge. You pointed out we're not crit dependant, so we (almost) dont need those crits for procs, but damage.

This may increase crit/surge value over power, or, if it doesnt, lower the breakpoint.
