Has it been determined if any of the bosses in the current Operations have any Tech Resist? I'm getting a lot of gear with accuracy on in and before I rush out and remod everything I just wanted to be sure there isn't a base 5% resist or something.


In that same note, are resists binary? (i.e. All-or-nothing instead of reduced damage)
