The class quests do not change due to Advanced Class choice, so an Operative and a Sniper are going to receive the same missions which are flavored more towards Anti-terrorism, James Bond/Super-Spy/Bourne, and other similar Covert Operations. With that said the Imperial Agent story line is very well done and has a wide variety of elements to enjoy. If you enjoy playing a rogue-like character then I would say go for it.
