This has probably been answered somwhere else but,

Is there a cite to show that Full Auto, Demo Round, Grav Round and High Impact bolt use the 'Tech Accuracy' base of 100%, while only Hammer Shots uses the 'Ranged Accuracy' Base of 90%. Looking at the ability dumps (torhead), Demo Round and Grav round show up at 'Tech' attacks, while FA HIB and Hammer Shots show up as 'Ranged' attacks, but the assumption still seems to be there is a subdivision among the 'Ranged' attacks as to which uses 90% base and which uses 100% base.
